At Nuggets of Healing, CiCe has immediate openings in person and via telehealth and accepts the following plans: Health Partners, Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, First Health, UCARE and Private Pay (HSA or major CC).
Self-pay rate $160

If you need to cancel or reschedule you are able to do this by email and it is the best place to let her know about having to cancel late.
Email is preferred form of communication.
Contacting her about ongoing clinical matters is discouraged as it is not HIPAA compliant and should be reserved for in-session time.
For Crisis or urgent situations, please call 911 for a crisis. For urgent situation please call the national crisis number as your therapist is not available outside of regular business hours. Dial 988.
Meet The Therapist
Sahcareion “CiCe” Rollins has been working in the social service field for nearly 10 years. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
She earned her dual Master’s Degree from St. Mary’s University in Counseling Psychology and Addiction.
She works with both adolescents (13 and up) and adults with a range of issues. These include ADHD, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, and historical/generational trauma.
She approaches therapy from evidence-based treatment such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She will assess what she feels is your main concerns and then cater your treatment plan around what will help you gain the progress you came in to find.
CiCe aims to provide a safe and judgment-free space where clients can openly express themselves. She prioritizes trust and respect, hoping to cultivate a serene and welcoming atmosphere that is authentic and comfortable.
She has spent a portion of her career working in the community mental health setting with children and families is crisis. This experience has helped her have a deeper understanding of what it takes to gain stabilization in the home and school environment. She knows the importance of connecting clients with necessary resources in order to achieve success.
CiCe was recently honored by the Burnsville Police department for her time working at Burnsville High School as the resident therapist, due to how effective she was at helping the students feel heard and understood.
CiCe offers a wealth of knowledge from her personal life, education and professional experiences and wants to share this with all populations of people. Life has given her as many gifts as challenges and this has allowed her to see life from a new and valuable perspective. Her aim is to help you find and see your strengths in order to achieve the goals you choose for yourself.
She specializes in working with the BIPOC community. Growing up as an African American woman both in Alabama and here locally, she understands how under served the BIPOC community is and hopes to continue to break down barriers and empower each client she works with.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends at live music concerts of most all music genre’s. She’s a proud Mom and strongly believes in the importance of family. She loves true crimes shows and Real Housewives on BRAVO.
